Grape variety

Pinot Grigio is a white grape variety with a characteristic coppery color, locally known as Rulander.

Vineyards

coming from the vineyards of the Azienda Agr Toblino - Bio Certified located between Sarche and Pietramurata, characterized by well-drained, dry soils and a cool climate that allows the grapes to ripen perfectly.

Vinification & Aging

after crushing-destemming, the typical white vinification takes place with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature. A few months of aging in stainless steel follow.

Organoleptic characteristics

straw yellow in color, with coppery hues. On the nose, it is graceful and fruity with perfumes of Williams pear and yellow plum. Structured but discreet on the palate, elegant with a pleasant touch of acidity that gives a sensation of cleanliness and freshness in the mouth.

Tasting & Pairing

best served in medium sized wine glasses at a temperature of 8 – 10° C. It is a versatile wine which can be combined successfully with fish, but also white meat, poultry and cheese.
