FOOD&GIN – L’Aperitivo del Giovedì by Hosteria Toblino with the extraordinary participation of Porsche

ABSTRACT

The Aperitif on Thursday, a regular appointment in the summer of Trentino, saw the creations of chef Sebastian Sartorelli, Gin Tonic Tovel’s and Porsche cars as protagonists.

To start the month of August in the best way, Hosteria Toblino with the collaboration of the Porsche Center Trento has created a unique event in which food and wine excellence have alternated. The cuisine of chef Sebastian Sartorelli, accompanied by Gin Tonic and the wines of Cantina Toblino, has been combined with the splendid cars produced by Porsche … in short, the combination of FOOD, WINE & CARS seems to have found a new successful initiative! The participation of the public was very good, which allowed Hosteria Toblino’s customers to touch the cars of their dreams with their hands, take some photos, savor the gourmet creations proposed by our kitchen in combination with Gin Tonic and our wines.

Among the dishes on offer: Sardines au gratin with Guà herbs; “Matt” Felicetti spaghetti, juniper smoked butter, trout eggs and spring onion; Salted hare, cream of celeriac, beetroot and Guà herbs and a good à la carte dessert.

During the evening, guests relaxed listening to live music refreshed by the fresh wind blowing in the Valle dei Laghi!
