The secrets of the Vinsantaia

Here is where the long process of natural drying of the Nosiola used for Vino Santo, the flagship of Cantina Toblino, takes place, which is on ancient racks called “arèle”.

Through the Bottaia

In a silence full of expectation, the oak and acacia barrels guard the rest of what will become the precious nectar of Cantina Toblino.

Among these, the small kegs used for the production of the “Passito dei Passiti”, our Vino Santo.

Between bottles set in the walls and technological details in contrast with the wood, the Hosteria is a small jewel of sustainable design in which to taste our wines in combination with the chef’s culinary specialties.

With eyes wide open in front of the Sala Argilla

Among the cellar spaces dedicated to conviviality, one of the most striking is undoubtedly the Sala Argilla with its endless tasting counter.

During the short tour you will remain speechless admiring the ceiling: it is made up of over a thousand Nosiola plants, the symbol of the Valle dei Laghi. There is also a private room with walls covered with the staves of old barrels.
