Vineyards

the successful combination of the soils at the base of the slopes and the favorable microclimate in the Valle dei Laghi surrounding Az Agr Toblino Bio Certified, contribute to produce the perfect grapes for a fine and elegant Pinot Nero.

Vinification & Aging

after crushing-destemming, maceration and fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for over 7 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in oak barriques and tonneaux for over 12 months followed by a brief refinement in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics

a delicate ruby ​​red color. Pinot Noir has fragrant aromas of red fruits on the nose reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry, surrounded by pleasant spicy notes. On the palate, it is harmonious and velvety with an elegant structure and a soft but persistent finish.

Tasting & Pairing

best served in large wine glasses at a temperature of 16-18°C. Pinot Nero is ideally combined with sophisticated dishes based around white meats, poultry and mature cheeses. Its finesse and the low tannins make the wine excellent for fish stews or soups.
