Sauvignon Blanc – Trentino Doc Bio

Grape variety

Sauvignon Blanc, classic white grape variety originating in the Bordeaux region.

Vineyards

coming from organic vineyards that benefit from a ventilated climate, good exposure and a perfect temperature range during the harvest in order to best express the unique characteristics of this variety.

Vinification & Aging

after crushing-destemming, cold maceration takes place to facilitate the extraction of aromas and fermentation at a controlled temperature. A brief refinement of a few months in steel follows.

Organoleptic characteristics

intense straw yellow color with slight greenish hues. On the nose, it is powerful with aromatic notes reminiscent of elderberry, elderflower, fig leaf and sweet peppers. On the palate, Sauvignon Blanc is dry, pleasantly fresh and deep.

Tasting & Pairing

to be served in medium-sized glasses at 8-10 ° C. Sauvignon Blanc is a classic aperitif wine, but it gives its best when served in combination with fish, egg and asparagus dishes.
